Travel Trailer and Motorhome manufacturing facility located in the Western U.S. RV
Parts, Hardware Suppliers goal is to help you in all your Be patient but as our site grows
so will our help center. We will post all questions and answers asked of us. Just click on

POLICY
Order Placement:
Place order online 24/7 using either our contact page or using the
automated shopping cart. We also use third party affilate programs to bring our customers
a quality low priced product. We are in no way responsible for there products, prices,
shipping, etc.. All issues will be e-mailed to the address below. All deciosions will be
based on history and performance of the affilated programs.
Merchandise returns:
CHECK ALL MERCHANDISE BEFORE ACCEPTING SHIPMENT.
LOOK ON OUTSIDE OF PACKAGE FOR ANY POSSIBLE DAMAGE. ANY DAMAGE MUST BE NOTED BY CORRIER IF
DELIVERED TO YOUR BUSINESS OR HOME. Merchandise may not be returned without prior
authorization. All requests to return items must be made within 10 days of receipt and
must include invoice number and purchase date. Authorization of returns can be placed by
e-mail @ inquiry@rvpartshardwaresuppliers.com.
Merchandise must be in resalable condition. A minimum handling charge of 15%
will be deducted from credit unless the return is due to an error on our part. Special
orders or discontinued items cannot be returned.
Freight:
We will ship the best possible way with the carrier of
our choice. All orders, in most cases will ship same day if received by 12:00 P.M.
Mountain Standard Time. Orders recieved after should ship the next business day. Always
inquire if you are not sure.
